I'm an embedded systems engineer based in Tunis. I spent seven months at Aptyx doing embedded software development in C, then a year at STMicroelectronics doing STM32 application support on various peripherals and RTOS stacks while specializing in Ethernet stack debugging, PHY configuration, firmware validation. I'm currently looking for my next role in embedded software development. I've been open to work since mid-May and am actively looking for my next role in embedded software development.
While job searching, I put together this self-training programme to bridge the gap between support/validation work and the architecture and design experience that development roles expect. It covers layered C, FreeRTOS internals, Bootloader design, and CAN bus/automotive protocols; the kind of hands-on development that doesn't come naturally from debugging someone else's application. Everything is public on GitHub. On the side I occasionally tinker with Embedded Linux and Yocto on the STM32MP15/25, mostly for the systems perspective it adds.
